      Description

      Innovative Fuel Delivery Solution. The Holley Fuel Tank Pickup; HYDRAMAT (11X11 CROSS) - CENTER OUT- 3/8 is engineered to prevent fuel starvation by maintaining consistent fuel availability under extreme driving conditions such as hard cornering, acceleration, stopping, inclines, and low fuel levels. It is designed for use inside fuel tanks and racing fuel cells to eliminate air introduction into the fuel system, which helps prevent poor engine performance and stalling. This product provides an essential upgrade for vehicles experiencing fuel slosh or low fuel level challenges.

      Construction and Appearance. Constructed with a beige, porous wicking media featuring a 15-micron rating, this HydraMat includes a patent-pending internal reservoir system that utilizes surface tension and fluid wicking to control fuel flow. The internal pores seal off when uncovered to regulate fuel delivery. The mat is flexible, allowing it to be folded and compressed for installation through various fuel cell openings. Its center outlet is equipped with a 3/8" NPT fitting designed for universal compatibility.

      Installation. The HydraMat features a flexible design for easy installation through existing fuel cell openings. The 3/8" female NPT fitting eliminates the need for sealing paste or tape, reducing installation complexity and the risk of fuel pump failure.

      Warranty. This product includes a manufacturer’s limited 90-day warranty. Application. Fits flat bottom rectangular style fuel cells with minimum dimensions of 11 inches long and 11 inches wide cross. For optimal performance, the return fuel should be discharged near the HydraMat pick-up, at least 1 inch above the mat.
