      Description

      Heavy-Duty Performance Flexplate. The Hays Steel SFI Certified Flexplate is engineered to withstand the high stresses of high stall speed converters and elevated engine RPMs. It ensures reliable power transfer from GM LS engines to compatible automatic transmissions, suitable for both street and racing use.

      Construction and Appearance. Made from thicker-than-stock steel, this flexplate comes with a welded 168-tooth ring gear and dual bolt patterns specifically compatible with 4L60E and TH350 automatic transmissions. The zinc-dichromate plating protects against corrosion and the flexplate meets the SFI 29.1 specification for racing safety standards.

      Installation. Designed for a direct fit on internally balanced GM LS V8 engines, installation requires no drilling. When pairing LS engines to GM 2-speed or 3-speed automatic transmissions, use of the proper crank adapter sleeve is necessary.

      Warranty. This flexplate includes a manufacturer’s 90-day warranty.

      Application. Compatible with a broad range of GM LS-based engines (4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, 6.2L, and 7.0L) and vehicles from 1997–2017, including the 2007 through 2017 6.0L Silverado 2500 HD, offering a versatile replacement option for many internal balance applications.
