Description
High-Performance Flexplate. The Hays 2-Piece Steel SFI Certified Flexplate; 152-Tooth is engineered to deliver superior durability and reliability for high-torque Cummins Diesel engines. It connects the engine crankshaft to the torque converter, ensuring smooth power transfer essential for demanding, high-performance applications.
Construction and Appearance. Made from thicker, forged cold-rolled steel, this flexplate features a 4mm thick centerplate and a double welded outer ring gear for enhanced strength and durability. The corrosion-resistant zinc-dichromate plating or black oxide finish provides excellent protection and a heavy-duty look suitable for tough environments.
Installation. Designed as a direct replacement for factory flexplates, installation requires basic mechanical skills without any drilling or modifications, making it a straightforward upgrade.
Warranty. This product includes a manufacturer’s 90-day warranty to ensure quality and performance.
