Description
Big Performance Gains. If you want to give your Sierra a huge performance boost, this Hamburger Superchargers Stage 1 Supercharger Tuner Kit is a great fix. It comes with a compact but powerful supercharger, which produces 500+ horsepower and torque for 5.3L engines and 575+ horsepower and torque for 6.2L engines. In addition, your engine won’t get overburdened or overheated with this kit thanks to its efficient oiling and cooling system.
Self-Contained Oiling System for Cooling and Lubrication. Hamburger Superchargers designed this tuner kit with a self-contained oiling system that has its own separate cooler. This way, the engine oil doesn’t get affected by the processes of the supercharger. At the same time, the supercharger can easily maintain ideal temperatures. On the other hand, the traction oil formula of this kit has an incredibly long lifespan of 2 years or 24,000 miles.
Small But Powerful Centrifugal-Type Supercharger. The supercharger that comes with this stage 1 tuner kit is smaller compared to those of other kits. The compact design results in better efficiency, saving power while providing ample airflow. In addition, the smaller supercharger body means it performs better at low engine speeds. Meanwhile, the air-to-air intercooler system is able to maintain a lower temperature for the intake air in order to produce more available power. Lastly, this kit’s traction drive system produces virtually zero noise and “gear whine.” This is thanks to the latest developments in centrifugal compression technology.
No Tune File Included. This stage 1 supercharger tuner kit doesn’t come with its own performance tune file. After installation, you need to provide your own custom calibration to optimize performance. Have an experienced auto mechanic perform the process if necessary.
No CARB Certification. This product only has a patent pending and no CARB certificate. Therefore, you may not legally purchase and use this product in California and all states that have adopted the same emission regulations.
Comes With a 36,000-Mile or a 3-Year Parts Warranty. This supercharger tuner kit comes with a 36,000-mile or a 3-year parts warranty, whichever comes first. Feel free to contact the customer service department for any questions you may have regarding the terms and conditions of the warranty.
Tuner Kit. Tuner Kits include the Supercharger Head Unit, piping, mounting bracketry and parts required for basic installation. Tuner Kits do not include fuel components, electronic components, programmer or calibration. Custom dyno tuning is required for operation.
Application. This Hamburger Superchargers Stage 1 Supercharger Tuner Kit is compatible with 2014-2018 GMC Sierra 1500s with either a 5.3L or a 6.2L engine.
Application Notes. This supercharger requires the use of OE-quality colder heat range spark plugs.
