This allows the trailer to glide smoothly over bumps, reducing wear and tear on the trailer, vehicle, and cargo while enhancing control and safety during towing.

Construction and Appearance. Crafted from heavy-duty steel, this pintle plate undergoes sandblasting followed by a durable silver-vein powder coating for enhanced corrosion resistance and longevity. The incorporation of heavy-duty rubber torsion-flex cords within its structure provides the essential suspension effect, all engineered through advanced SOLIDWORKS software for precision and quality assurance.

Installation. Installation is straightforward with bolt-on compatibility to most 4-hole pintle plate hitches on the market. The product requires no drilling and offers full adjustability to achieve precise drop or raise settings.

Warranty. The pintle plate includes a 5-year warranty on rubber components and a limited lifetime warranty on all other parts.

Application. Designed to fit universally but requires confirmation of receiver size before ordering, particularly noting that 3" receiver sizes are available only on select FORD models manufactured after 2017.
