      Description

      Superior Charge-Air Cooling. The Full Race Intercooler dramatically lowers intercooler outlet temperatures compared to the factory unit, delivering denser intake charge and consistent power during repeated high-boost applications. The bar-and-plate core maximizes surface area for heat exchange while maintaining high flow.

      Durable, Factory-Style Fitment. Black powder-coated aluminum end tanks and piping resist corrosion and complement the engine bay aesthetic. Mandrel-bent tubing and TIG welds ensure leak-free connections, and the included silicone couplers and clamps facilitate direct installation without cutting or trimming.

      Installation. This product installs by removing the OEM intercooler, bolting in the Full Race unit using factory mounting points, and attaching the hoses and couplers—basic hand tools suffice.

      Application. This Full Race Intercooler; Black fits 2024-2026 Ford Ranger models, excluding Raptor.
