It functions as a surge tank to prevent fuel starvation during aggressive maneuvers and allows for swift removal and maintenance of lift and surge pumps using just 11 bolts. This system enhances reliability and ease of service compared to traditional models that require extensive disassembly.

The design includes a 2.1L fuel capacity surge tank with integrated fuel tank venting complete with rollover protection. It also comes equipped with a triple pump hanger capable of accommodating either brushed or brushless pump types and includes all necessary gaskets and mounting hardware for installation.
