Description
Enhanced Exhaust Performance. The Flowtech 1-7/8-inch Shorty Headers in black painted finish improve exhaust flow and throttle response for GM LS series V8 engines. Designed to replace factory exhaust manifolds, they increase exhaust velocity and enhance engine efficiency and power output.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed from heavy-duty 16-gauge mild steel with mandrel-bent primary tubes, these headers provide durability and consistent exhaust flow. They feature TIG-welded, machined 3/8-inch header flanges to ensure a leak-free seal and maximum strength, and are coated with high heat resistant black paint for corrosion protection and an attractive satin finish.
Installation. This shorty header kit offers a direct bolt-on installation with no cutting or welding required. Basic mechanical skills and standard tools are sufficient for assembly.
Application. Engineered to fit 2003-2013 Chevrolet and GMC Silverado, Tahoe, and Yukon models with 6.0L LS V8 engines, compatible with both 2WD and 4WD drivetrains without modification.
