Description
Performance Muffler Solution. The Flowmaster Super 40 Series Center/Center Oval Muffler; 2.50-Inch Inlet/2.50-Inch Outlet delivers an aggressive exhaust note tailored for street and strip applications. It enhances engine performance while providing the signature Flowmaster deep and powerful sound, ideal for high horsepower and forced induction setups.
_x000D_Construction and Appearance. Constructed with 16-gauge aluminized steel and fully MIG welded for durability, the muffler features a high-temperature paint finish designed to withstand extreme conditions. The larger oval body profile incorporates Delta Flow technology to reduce interior resonance and improve exhaust flow.
_x000D_Installation. Installation requires slip-fit connections with options for clamp-on or weld-on inlet types. The muffler uses new hangers, which are not included, and some adaptation may be required for universal fit applications.
_x000D_Application. Fits universal applications; some adaptation may be required for specific vehicle setups. This muffler does not include clamps or hangers and requires the user to supply or fabricate mounting hardware as needed.
