Description

The Flowmaster 70 Series Big Block II Dual In/Dual Out Oval Muffler; 2.25-Inch Inlet/2.25-Inch Outlet is engineered to deliver enhanced horsepower, torque, and engine efficiency while maintaining a mild exterior exhaust tone. It is ideal for trucks, SUVs, motorhomes, tow vehicles, and high-performance street cars, providing an effective balance of sound control and power gains.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from durable 16 gauge aluminized steel, this muffler features a fully MIG welded design for long-lasting strength. It is finished with high-temperature black paint, offering both corrosion resistance and an attractive look suitable for under-vehicle installation.
Installation. Installation requires some adaptation since this is a universal muffler and not intended as a direct fit. New hangers are required, and welding or clamp-on connections are used; drilling may not be necessary depending on vehicle setup, but pipe modifications could be needed.
