This enhances the exhaust flow dynamics, resulting in a cleaner burn of incoming fuel and air, which improves engine torque across a broad RPM range.
_x000D__x000D_Construction and Appearance. Crafted from durable 16-gauge aluminized steel, this Y-collector features fully welded seams and a corrosion-resistant aluminized finish. The collector ports are designed with unique large D-shaped openings, providing an increased surface area to maximize pulse scavenging efficiency.
_x000D__x000D_Installation. Designed for universal applications, this Y-collector requires welding for proper installation. Some adaptation may be necessary to fit specific exhaust systems; no drilling is typically needed.
