The Flowmaster 60 Series Delta Flow Center/Center Oval Muffler; 2.25-Inch Inlet/2.25-Inch Outlet delivers a moderate sound level ideal for smaller displacement four and six-cylinder vehicles. It is designed to enhance power and throttle response while providing a mild interior resonance, especially suited for rear mount installations.
_x000D__x000D_Construction and Appearance. Constructed from 16-gauge aluminized steel for durability, the muffler features a high-temperature black painted finish and is fully MIG welded. Its oval shape and chambered design utilize race-proven Delta Flow technology to ensure a balance of sound quality and performance.
_x000D__x000D_Installation. Installation typically requires some adaptation since this is a universal-fit muffler designed to work with 2.25-inch inlet and outlet systems. New hangers are required but not included, and slip-fit clamp-on or weld-on inlet/outlet connections provide flexibility during installation.
