Construction and Appearance. Made from durable 16-gauge aluminized steel, this muffler includes fully MIG-welded seams and a high-temperature black paint finish that resists corrosion and extends longevity. Its chambered design utilizes race-proven Delta Flow technology with Delta deflectors to optimize exhaust flow and sound quality without internal packing.

Installation. Designed with slip-fit inlet and outlet connections that accept clamp-on or weld-on installation methods, this muffler allows for straightforward installation with moderate mechanical skills. It requires new hangers, which are not included, and some adaptation may be necessary to ensure proper fitment for different vehicle setups.
