Description
High-Performance Chambered Muffler. The Flowmaster Super 40 Series Center/Offset Oval Muffler with 2.50-Inch inlet and 2.50-Inch outlet delivers an aggressive exhaust sound and improved flow, designed for street and high horsepower vehicles. It enhances performance while providing a deep, powerful tone suited for muscle cars, trucks, and street/strip applications.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed from durable 16-gauge aluminized steel with full MIG welding for enhanced strength, this muffler is finished in high-temperature black paint to resist corrosion and maintain its aggressive look over time.
Installation. This universal muffler features slip-fit inlet and outlet connections compatible with clamp-on or weld-on installation methods. Installation requires some adaptation, including the use of new hangers which are not included. Typically, no drilling is necessary.
Warranty. This product includes Flowmaster’s standard warranty protection.
Application. Fits a wide range of vehicles universally; some adaptation may be required during installation.
