Description
Performance Muffler. The Flowmaster 70 Series Big Block II Dual In/Dual Out Oval Muffler with 2.25-inch inlet and outlet diameters is designed to deliver improved horsepower, torque, and engine efficiency with a mild exterior exhaust tone. It is ideal for SUVs, trucks, motorhomes, tow vehicles, and high-performance street cars where space permits, providing excellent sound control and minimal interior resonance.
Construction and Appearance. Made from 16-gauge aluminized steel, this muffler is fully MIG welded for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance. It features a black high-temperature paint finish that protects the muffler and offers a sleek, professional look suitable for a wide range of applications.
Installation. This is a universal fit muffler requiring some adaptation, not designed for direct OEM fitment. The inlets and outlets utilize slip-fit connections with clamp-on or weld-on methods. New hangers are needed as none are included. Proper exhaust system modification should eliminate the need for drilling.
Application. Fits universal; some adaptation may be required.
