The Flowmaster Super 40 Series Offset/Offset Oval Muffler with 2.50-inch inlet and outlet delivers an aggressive exhaust tone designed to enhance both the sound and performance of high horsepower engines. It provides a deep, powerful exhaust note with improved interior resonance control, ideal for muscle cars, street rods, trucks, and SUVs.

Construction and Appearance. This muffler is constructed from 16-gauge aluminized steel and fully MIG welded to ensure durability and longevity. It features a high-temperature black paint finish that guards against corrosion while offering a clean, professional look.

Installation. Installation uses slip-fit inlet and outlet connections suited for clamp-on or weld-on mounting. Some adaptation may be required. New hangers are necessary as none are included.

Warranty. The product includes Flowmaster’s standard limited warranty coverage.

Application. Designed as a universal fit muffler, it requires some adaptation to fit various vehicle types including 4 and 6-cylinder engines, classic and late model muscle cars, street rods, street/strip vehicles, and trucks/SUVs.
