Featuring a specially-engineered, free-flowing construction, and a high-flow air filter, this cold air intake is designed to provide large amounts of cold air into your truck’s engine. This ensures better fuel combustion, performance numbers, and throttle response, enabling your truck to handle more aggressive off-roading.
No ECU Tuning Necessary. The Flowmaster Delta Force Cold Air Intake provides its performance gains through advanced design and construction. No tuning to your ECU is needed, although a re-tune in the future can always help maximize its performance.
High-Flow Oiled Air Filter. The Flowmaster Delta Force Cold Air Intake includes a high-flow oiled air filter that provides efficient filtration besides superior air flow. This air filter uses 8 layers of specialty cotton gauze media, which is a step up from the typical 6-layer filters. This ensures maximum filtration of contaminants. Additionally, this air filter is fully washable and is easy to re-oil with an appropriate air filter oil kit, eliminating the need for regular filter replacement.
Sturdy Build Quality. The Flowmaster Delta Force Cold Air Intake is manufactured from sturdy cross-linked polyethylene, using a specialized roto-casting method. This results in a 1-piece intake tube that’s free from turbulence spots maximizing air flow. This cold air intake also includes a black, powder-coated heat shield that protects the air filter, extending its life. Additionally, this cold air intake uses rust-resistant stainless steel clamps and automotive-grade silicone couplers for durability.
Easy to Install. The Flowmaster Delta Force Cold Air Intake installs easily into your truck’s factory air box location. No modifications to your truck are necessary, and installation is completed using standard hand tools. Please note that this cold air filter will not fit trucks with a body lift.
