Description
Performance Enhancing Muffler. The Flowmaster 50 Series HD Dual In/Dual Out Oval Muffler features 2.50-inch inlet and outlet diameters and is engineered to optimize exhaust flow in heavy duty gas and diesel trucks. It enhances horsepower, torque, and engine efficiency while producing a deeper, moderate exhaust tone suitable for modified trucks.
Construction and Appearance. This muffler is constructed from durable 16 gauge 409S stainless steel and fully MIG welded for strength and longevity. Its black high-temperature paint finish resists corrosion and heat, providing lasting protection and an attractive look.
Installation. Installation typically requires basic mechanical skills and generally does not involve drilling due to slip-fit inlet and outlet connections. New hangers are necessary but not included with the muffler.
Application. Designed for universal fitment, this muffler may require some adaptation to fit specific vehicles properly. It is recommended for Dodge Ram Hemi, large displacement gas engines, and diesel trucks.
