The Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow Center/Dual Out Oval Muffler; 2.50-Inch Inlet/2.50-Inch Outlet is engineered to enhance exhaust flow while delivering an aggressive sound suitable for street and strip applications. It improves vehicle performance by increasing scavenging and reducing interior resonance for a milder tone.

Construction and Appearance. Crafted from durable 16 gauge aluminized steel, this muffler features a two-chamber Delta Flow® design with fully MIG-welded seams for maximum longevity. It is finished with high-temperature paint to resist corrosion and maintain appearance under extreme conditions.

Installation. Installation is straightforward with slip-fit inlet and outlet connections that allow clamp-on or weld-on mounting. No drilling is generally required, though hanger adaptation may be needed as hangers are not included.

Application. Designed as a universal fitment muffler, it requires some adaptation during installation to suit various 4 and 6-cylinder engines, classic and late model muscle cars, street rods, street/strip vehicles, and trucks/SUVs.
