This diesel fuel lift pump upgrade is designed to deliver more consistent fuel pressure to your diesel engine. Moreover, this fuel lift pump features an advanced filtration system, ensuring your engine receives the cleanest diesel possible that’s also free from air bubbles. This combination of consistent pressure and clean fuel delivers smoother idling feel and faster throttle response, all the while improving the lifespan of your fuel injectors.
Advanced Design. The most significant components of a diesel fuel lift pump are the motor and filter, both of which are given a re-design over previous models. Specifically, the motor features more robust construction and an advanced plumbing system characterized by internal radius cuts. This design translates to smoother flowing fuel which in turn eliminates cavitation and noise. The result is the system’s characteristic quiet operation and free-flowing fuel delivery. Likewise, this fuel lift pump utilizes two unique filters that namely a stainless steel wire-mesh particulate filter and a micro-glass element air/water and fuel separator. Together these filters make sure only clean fuel is delivered to your engine.
