The FASS Titanium Signature Series Diesel Fuel Lift Pump; 100GPH is the ideal diesel fuel lift pump upgrade if you’re looking to give your diesel-powered Silverado 2500 HD impressive performance. This diesel fuel lift pump is equipped with a brawnier motor and a high-tech dual filtration system designed to deliver exceptionally clean fuel to your engine under constant pressure. In return, you get improved engine performance and longer service life for your fuel injectors.

    Progressive Design. This diesel fuel lift pump provides is impressive performance thanks to a heavy-duty motor assembly and progressive dual filtration system. The motor for its part features beefier internals and a novel plumbing system that utilizes radius cuts. These radius cuts help eliminate fuel cavitation, which can cause inconsistent pressure and cause the pump to be noisy. Moreover, the dual filtration system uses stainless steel wire-mesh particulate filter and a micro-glass element air/water and fuel separator that will filter out virtually all contaminants. The result is clean fuel delivered to your engine at constant pressure.

    Brawny Build Quality. This diesel fuel lift pump’s integrated motor housing and fuel plumbing start as a premium aluminum billet for optimum strength and corrosion resistance in a lightweight form. This aluminum billet is then CNC-machined to exact tolerances creating a turbulence-free internal structure. Similarly, its motor uses beefed-up internals and windings, providing reliable performance. The housing is then anodized in black, giving it a sleek style and maximum corrosion protection.

    Professional Installation Recommended. This diesel fuel lift pump assembly will require you to uninstall your fuel tank to properly install certain components. Some drilling and wiring work is also needed to mount its fittings and to connect the assembly to your electrical system respectively. It’s also advisable to have extensive mechanical knowledge and skills as well as a full set of tools. If you are not experienced with this type of install, servicing by a professional is recommended.
