This new fuel lift pump benefits your truck by filtering unwanted elements on the diesel fuel. Expect impressive results, such as improved cold weather starts, enhanced fuel mileage, better fuel volume delivery, and a smoother engine idle.

    Premium Filter. This fuel lift pump is rated at 2 microns, indicating optimal filtration against performance-decreasing elements. Specifically, it filters water, air, and debris to keep your truck’s diesel fuel clean. It has included (2) 6061 T-6 billet aluminum bulkhead fittings that act as suction and a return tube for extra fuel retrieval.

    Unique Technologies. FASS designed this fuel lift pump with a FASS Whisper Technology to significantly decrease its sound while increasing fuel flow rates. Moreover, FASS built it with Performance Radius Cuts, a machining technique to have smooth flowing cuts within the aluminum housing, preventing air and vapor from going back to the fuel. In addition, this fuel lift pump has a Mass Flow Return technology that keeps a positive pressure on the fuel to avoid cavitation.
