Description
Quality Replacement. These OE replacement TTX Front Lower Control Arm and Ball Joint Assembly are engineered to fit and perform just like the original equipment parts. They are constructed with thicker forgings to prevent excessive flexing and twisting of the suspension system. Finally, the control arms are designed to integrate easily into your application, resulting in a perfect fit after installation is completed.
Innovative Design. Cutting-edge technology is used in the design of TTX Control Arms, which enables them to perform well in the most demanding settings. The rugged, self-lubricating sintered bearings provide longer part life and increased durability. The innovative, high-strength multi-lip boot mechanically locks into the housing, allowing grease to flow while impurities are kept out of the system. Longer component life is achieved by using thicker cross-sections and larger diameter ball pins. Both of which reduce loading and flex. Additionally, you may get better protection and prevent rust from accumulating with Repel-TEK anticorrosion coating.
Simple Installation. The mounting process is straightforward. Simply attach the ball joint to the vehicle using the Slotted Castle Nut and Easy Snap Cotter Pin included with the kit. No modifications are needed.
Limited Lifetime Warranty. The product comes with a limited lifetime warranty. However, there are some exclusions. Products installed on vehicles used for commercial, off-road, or competition purposes, products damaged by abuse, accident, or improper installation aren’t covered.
Application. The TTX Front Lower Control Arm and Ball Joint Assembly were designed for the 2015-2020 Ford F-150 models.
Installation Difficulty. The installation is straightforward, and takes 2 hours to complete.
