This compact tuner includes pre-loaded tunes designed to increase power and torque, and improve fuel economy. Additionally, this tuner lets monitor your truck’s various systems to truly fine-tune its capabilities. This tuner plugs into your OBD-ll port for immediate performance optimization.
Boosts Fuel Economy. The Edge Evo HT2 Gas Tuner’s provides practical mileage improvements via an economy setting. This economy setting works with 87 octane fuel, providing you with actual savings. In fact, this savings allows your tuner to pay for itself eventually.
Convenient Control Setup. The Edge Evo HT2 Gas Tuner’s controls are set-up for convenient, one-handed use. Additionally, this tuner utilizes a full-color high-resolution screen. This screen clearly displays your truck system’s information making it easier to follow any instructions.
Parameter ID Viewing and Data Logging. The Edge Evo HT2 Gas Tuner lets you view PIDs specific to your vehicle, up to four systems at a time including fuel trim, throttle detail, engine, and time/distance. Additionally, this tuner offers vehicle information logging, which can then be transferred and stored in your computer for future reference.
DTC Reset. To deal with any “check engine” lights you may encounter, the Edge Evo HT2 Gas Tuner allows you to read and clear any DTCs (Diagnostic Trouble Codes). This feature eliminates the need to visit your dealer or mechanic every time your “check engine” light comes on, potentially saving you mechanic’s fees.
Pre-Configured With 3 Useful Tunes. The Edge Evo HT2 Gas Tuner includes 3 pre-configured tunes, namely economy, a towing, and performance. Each of these tunes is capable of providing your truck with practical performance boosts. The economy tune improves mileage when using 87 octane gas. Meanwhile, the towing tune enhances towing capacity when using 91 or higher octane gas. Finally, the performance tune is designed to improve power and torque.
Completely Expandable. Besides these 3 tunes, the Edge Evo HT2 Gas Tuner allows you to purchase and download extra tunes from Edge’s online store, allowing you to truly get the best performance from your truck. Please note that these aftermarket tunes come with features that may vary based on make, model, and installed upgrades.
Return To Stock. The Edge Evo HT2 Gas Tuner also allows you to reset your truck back to its stock tune. This feature is especially important when you take your truck in for regular maintenance. This is because any reprogramming done to your vehicle by your service center when not in stock tune can hinder your tuner’s function.
