Its brake pads and rotors are designed for efficient, fade-free braking performance and are engineered to reduce heat buildup, brake noise, and harshness. With this brake kit, driving around the city or on highways are even more comfortable than ever.
High-Performance Rotors. The Slotted Rotors in this Brake Kit are manufactured from high-quality, 30mm-thick iron for maximum strength and years of reliable performance. They also feature a black, anti-corrosive GEOMET and NITROTHERM anodized finish that also delivers a stunning appeal to your truck.
Efficient, Vented Vanes. The Slotted Rotors in this Brake Kit come with vented centers with a wider aperture to guarantee excellent airflow. This lets air flow more freely inside the rotors to promote superb heat dissipation which results in fade-free braking.
High-Quality Brake Pads. This Brake Kit comes with brake pads that are made of patented AF42/66 friction material with a low level of metallic compounds. This high-quality construction helps reduce rotor wear by as much as 50%. Additionally, these brake pads’ backing plates and side edges are completed with a premium-level, green powder-coated finish for excellent corrosion protection. Finally, these brake pads’ edges are chamfered to keep them from rubbing against the rotor lips for noise-free braking performance.
Dust and Noise-Free Braking. The brake pads on this kit are designed to produce negligible amounts of dust and noise. Their specially engineered organic material and built-in noise-reducing shims allow for squeal-free braking and prevent dust buildup that could damage the wheels.
