Description
Dual-Purpose Protection. The DV8 Offroad Xtract Hitch Skid Plate in raw finish provides essential protection for your vehicle’s hitch during off-road use. It minimizes damage caused by scraping rocks and also functions as a robust recovery point, improving safety and utility during trail recovery.
Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from high-quality 6061-T6 billet aluminum in a single-piece design, the skid plate delivers exceptional strength and durability. The raw finish offers a rugged aesthetic and can be customized or combined with protective skid plate pads to extend lifespan.
Installation. This hitch skid plate attaches directly to any standard 2” hitch receiver using a 5/8” pin, requiring no drilling. The installation process is simple and secures the skid plate firmly to the receiver.
Warranty. Includes a one-year limited warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials from the purchase date.
Application. Engineered for 2” hitch receivers with a ?” pin. Not compatible with 2.5” hitches or hitches featuring underside gussets that obstruct fitment, such as certain OEM hitches on Tacoma models.
