Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from laser-cut and CNC-formed 3/16†steel plate combined with CNC-formed DOM steel tubing, this skid plate is built for maximum strength and durability. The perimeter is formed into a C-channel shape to prevent flange blowout and reinforce structural integrity. Steel components are media blasted, phosphated, primer coated, and finished with a durable powder coat for long-lasting protection, while aluminum elements receive bright etching and gold anodizing for a distinctive and resilient finish.
Installation. The skid plate is designed for user-friendly installation with no drilling required, utilizing OEM frame holes and sandwich-style mounts.
