      Description

      Complete Underbody Armor for the 3.0 L EcoDiesel Powertrain. The Dethloff MFG. Engine and Transmission Skid Plate for 2019‑23 RAM 1500 models fitted with the 3.0 L EcoDiesel engine is engineered to deliver full‑coverage protection for high‑value components beneath your vehicle. This skid plate spans the engine oil pan, transmission oil pan, front driveshaft junction, and transmission oil/cooler lines—areas especially vulnerable off‑road or in adverse terrain.

      EcoDiesel‑Specific Additions for Diesel Systems. Recognizing the unique exposures of the EcoDiesel setup, this Dethloff MFG. Engine and Transmission Skid Plate of the skid plate includes targeted shielding for the frame‑mounted fuel filter canister and the DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) lines, which are particularly prone to damage from brush, sticks, or rocks. The kit retains easy access to the fuel filter drain.

      Heavy‑Duty Construction & Service‑Friendly Design. Fabricated from 3/16″ (≈ 4.8 mm) HRPO steel plate, the Dethloff MFG. Engine and Transmission Skid Plate runs full length across the oil pans. A service cut‑out is provided around the engine oil drain port so you don’t need to remove the entire plate for an oil change. Aftermarket drain‑valves (such as a Fumoto) are fully supported via the cut‑out.

      Installation. Putting this Dethloff MFG. Engine and Transmission Skid Plate on your 3.0L EcoDiesel RAM 1500 takes 3 hours to install.

      Warranty. There is a limited lifetime warranty on this product.
