Description
Exhaust Heat Protection. The Titanium Knit Exhaust Sleeve, measuring 3 inches by 12 inches, is designed to shield exhaust systems by containing and dissipating extreme heat. Its flexibility allows installation on larger exhaust pipes, expanding up to 1.5 times its normal diameter to fit over flanges and sensor threads. This sleeve is essential for protecting surrounding components and minimizing heat transfer into vehicle cabins.
Construction and Appearance. Made from titanium, the sleeve features a knitted construction that provides durability and high heat resistance. It has a naturally silvery gray finish with a woven, textured surface that enhances protection and withstands continuous temperatures up to 1382°F, peaking at 1800°F.
