Description
Thermal Protection Solution. The Fire Sleeve and Tape Kit; 0.75-Inch x 36-Inch provides a reliable way to protect fuel, transmission, and brake lines from damaging heat and abrasion. This product is designed to insulate and shield various automotive lines and wiring, enhancing durability and preventing heat-related failures.
Construction and Appearance. Made from high temperature resistant braided glass material, the sleeve is tightly woven and coated with 100% iron oxide silicone rubber, offering excellent heat resistance and a durable finish. It includes black self-adhering silicone tape for a neat, professional look when finishing or joining sleeve ends.
Installation. Installation is simple and requires no drilling or special tools. The sleeve can be easily applied and secured with the included self-vulcanizing tape to ensure a snug and secure fit around lines and wiring.
Application. Fits universally; some adaptation may be needed depending on specific hose or line sizes and fittings.
