The EXO Series Exhaust Wrap, measuring 1.50 inches by 30 feet in black, is engineered to handle severe heat conditions encountered in offroad, dirt track, desert, and powersports environments. It reduces heat transfer and protects exhaust components by providing a durable, insulating barrier essential for maintaining performance and durability in harsh settings.

CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. This wrap features a dual-layer design consisting of a high-temperature glass fiber core combined with a rugged 304 grade stainless steel exoskeleton. Using Air Gap Technology, it prevents direct contact between the glass fiber wrap and the exhaust surface, forming an insulating air pocket. The wrap comes in black with a 1.5-inch width optimized for versatility and easy installation on various exhaust systems.

INSTALLATION. Installation is straightforward, with the stainless steel exoskeleton locking securely when overlapped to maintain a tight wrap without the need for drilling or additional fastening. It is important not to remove or reposition the wrap after heat cycling as this can cause damage to the fibers.

APPLICATION. Designed for universal fit with some adaptation, this wrap is not suitable for titanium exhaust systems or catalytic converters due to material compatibility and heat dissipation concerns. It is ideal for headers, pipes, and exhaust components requiring high abrasion resistance and performance in extreme thermal environments.
