The Vapor Block Fuel Line Sleeve, measuring 0.375-inch inside diameter by 36 inches in length, effectively reduces the risk of vapor lock caused by fuel and other fluids boiling from excessive heat. This helps maintain smoother engine idling and easier starting by keeping the fuel temperature below boiling point.

      Construction and Appearance. Constructed from glass fiber and polyester materials laminated to an aluminum outer layer, this sleeve provides excellent and durable thermal protection suitable for demanding automotive environments. Its split design includes an adhesive flap, allowing easy and secure wrapping around fuel lines.

      Installation. Installation is simple and does not require disconnecting the fuel line. Wrap the sleeve around the fuel line, peel off the adhesive liner, then press the adhesive flap to secure the sleeve in place without the need for drilling or special tools.
