      Description

      High-Temperature Heat Shielding. The Titanium Knit Exhaust Sleeve, measuring 3 inches in diameter by 12 inches in length, delivers superior protection against extreme exhaust temperatures. It insulates exhaust pipes to minimize heat transfer to surrounding components and vehicle cabins. This sleeve is ideal for larger diameter exhausts and can be cut to length to suit custom applications.

      Construction and Appearance. Made from knitted titanium yarns, this flexible sleeve withstands temperatures up to 1800°F, with a continuous operating rating of 1382°F. Its knit design allows expansion up to 1.5 times its normal diameter, enabling installation over flanges and sensor threads. The sleeve features the natural metallic finish characteristic of titanium textiles.

      Installation. Installation is simple and requires no drilling. The sleeve is slipped over the exhaust pipe and secured using the included stainless steel locking ties. Its expandable knit construction accommodates various exhaust pipe shapes and sizes with ease.

      Application. Designed to fit universal exhaust systems; some adaptation may be necessary for specific setups.
