      Description

      Advanced Thermal Protection. The Titanium Exhaust Wrap; 6-Inch x 100-Foot is engineered for high-performance automotive and motorcycle applications to insulate exhaust components against extreme heat. This wrap improves exhaust flow, reduces under-hood temperatures, and protects wiring and sensitive parts adjacent to hot exhaust pipes.

      Construction and Appearance. Made from pulverized lava rock fibers woven into a proprietary diagonal weave, this wrap is highly durable and pliable. It provides a high-tech carbon fiber look and offers excellent resistance to chemical oil spills and vibration breakdown, eliminating the need for silicone coatings or pre-wetting.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward with no drilling required, designed for easy wrapping even around tight bends. Once heat-cycled, the wrap should remain in place, as removal can reduce flexibility though it does not diminish thermal performance.

      Application. Fits universal applications with some adaptation possibly needed. Wrapping of catalytic converters is discouraged due to overheating risks. This product is not recommended for use on titanium exhaust systems because of the potential for brittleness and cracking.
