Description
Precision Axle Centering. The Carli Suspension Adjustable Front Track Bar is designed to improve handling and stability by allowing exact centering of the front axle on lifted trucks. It reduces deflection and eliminates common issues like wandering and death wobble, enabling a tighter and more responsive steering experience for heavy-duty vehicles.
Construction and Appearance. Built from 3/8" wall DOM steel tubing, this track bar is significantly stronger than factory counterparts, featuring a 7/8" FK Bearing Chromoly Heim Joint at the axle end and a custom CUB Frame Joint with molded bushings. The robust construction minimizes vibration and improves durability, while the tapered JAMMIT nut enhances joint reliability with increased surface area.
Installation. Installation requires basic mechanical skills without the need for drilling or frame modifications. The preloaded CUB joint and improved fasteners simplify setup and reduce potential bushing wear from incorrect torque application.
Application. Fits 03-13 4WD RAM 2500 models with front suspension lifts ranging from 0 to 3 inches.
