Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from solid steel, the hitch includes chamfered edges to facilitate easy installation and removal from the vehicle receiver. It undergoes aggressive sandblasting followed by a five-stage pretreatment wash process, then finished with a durable black textured powder coat that resists corrosion while providing a rugged, professional appearance.
Installation. Installation is simple and requires no drilling. The hitch inserts smoothly into standard 2.5-inch receivers and secures firmly using the included corrosion-resistant pins and R-clips, ensuring a reliable and hassle-free mounting process.
