This cat-back exhaust produces a deep, raspy roar that builds-up to a guttural howl when accelerating. This bold new exhaust tone is surprisingly drone-free from the cabin for a more pleasant drive.
Increased Exhaust Gas Flow and Performance. At the heart of this cat-back exhaust is specially-designed straight-through muffler that maximizes exhaust gas velocity, while producing the assembly’s characteristic resonance. This design reduces back-pressure by just the right amount allowing your engine to “breathe” more freely. This results in an increase in power and torque, enabling you to get out of hairy situations, whether on or off-road.
Heavy-Duty Build Quality. This exhaust is built completely from 304 tubular stainless steel for the ultimate in durability and corrosion resistance. Everything from the 3-Inch wide intermediate pipe, to the 2.75-Inch Y and tailpipes, are completely mandrel-bent for more efficient exhaust gas flow and added rigidity. Finally, this exhaust assembly terminates in 3.50-inch quad exhaust tips made from polished carbon fiber for a high-tech look.
Simple Install Procedure. This cat-back is designed to mount on preexisting locations on your truck using the factory hangers. No modifications to your truck are necessary, and all mounting hardware is included for a relatively simple install.
Application. The Borla Stinger S-Type Rear Exit Dual Exhaust System with Carbon Fiber Tips fits all 2019 to 2024 5.3L GMC Sierra 1500 Double Cab and Crew Cab models with the factory dual exhaust.
Application Note. If you will be installing this Exhaust System on a Crew Cab with a Standard Box, Borla's 157-Inch Wheelbase Exhaust Adpater, part# 60708, will be required to complete the install.
