Oval is a damping material that is easy to install and will prolong the life of your speakers while improving their sound production quality.

    Material Enhances Sound. Durable polyethylene makes up the Boom Mat Speaker Baffles and enhances frequency response for greater sound clarity. The Boom Mat Speaker Baffles - 5 in. x 7 in. Oval are premolded to give you a professional fit and finish that you would not achieve with just flat material. These pre-molded shapes provide a dirt, dust and moisture barrier for your speakers while also preventing sound from migrating into panels and spaces that are unfavorable to quality sound reproduction. Finally, the closed cell material of the Boom Mat forms a cushioned seal between your speakers and the vehicle mitigating and eliminating unwanted panel vibration.
