They showcase a large 60mm damper body that holds increased volumes of oil, 35mm independent rebound and compression valves, and a low-friction design. All these details work together to provide you with damping that does not fade. Our 20mm hardened chrome piston rods give the design increased strength and durability. To offer you a customizable ride height, our coilovers feature threaded bodies and an adjustable spring perch to set your ride height as desired. After customizing the height, it is important to adjust the bump stop engagement and we supply a progressive rate polymer, open-cell, bump stop, and packers to do just that. This coilover design uses a main spring and a helper spring. The helper spring keeps tension on the main spring when the suspension is at full droop, so it stays properly seated in place. Both are made of cold-formed, high tensile steel and powder-coated for longevity. To reduce noise and vibrations, we use a high durometer vulcanized rubber bushing. To keep the piston rod pristine and protect it from debris, we apply a plastic dust boot, and for easy installation, the OE top mount is used.
