Description
Front Shock Upgrade. The Belltech Street Performance Front Shock 0 to 2-Inch Drop improves your vehicle's handling and ride quality by enhancing damping characteristics for lowered front suspension setups. Designed for street performance, these shocks offer drivers an excellent balance of sportiness and comfort while maintaining proper suspension geometry. They effectively manage the dynamic forces experienced during daily driving and spirited cornering.
Construction and Appearance. Featuring durable metal dust boots and hardened chrome 15mm piston rods for strength and smooth operation, these shocks are equipped with triple lip NBR rod seals to keep out contaminants. Inside, 35mm pistons with low friction Teflon seals and a Teflon guide bushing reduce wear and improve responsiveness. The 51mm wide shock body increases oil volume for better heat dissipation, while OEM-quality rubber bushings provide a secure, noise-free fit.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no drilling, allowing for easy replacement of factory front shocks. These shocks fit directly into the existing suspension system.
Application. Engineered specifically for 1987 to 2004 2WD Dodge Dakota models, these shocks accommodate a front lowering range of 0 to 2 inches. This precise fit ensures optimal suspension response and ride quality for this model.
