The Beans Diesel Performance Multi-Function Fuel Tank Sump offers a reliable solution for aftermarket fuel lift systems by ensuring optimal fuel supply from the bottom of the tank. It is designed to prevent air ingestion and noise issues common with factory draw straws, supporting supply/return, single, or dual outlet configurations to enhance fuel delivery.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from durable 6061 billet aluminum, this sump features a one-piece machined billet construction with stainless steel hardware. It includes an internal sediment bowl to trap contaminants and uses an O-ring boss style fitting system for leak-free connections. The sump has a high-quality anodized surface that withstands harsh environments.
Installation. Installation requires a single 3-inch hole in the tank and one bolt to secure the sump. The kit includes a hole saw for plastic tanks to simplify the process. This design eliminates the need to drop the tank, reducing installation time significantly.
Application. This sump fits universally on fuel tanks with a 4-inch flat surface area. It is compatible with both metal and plastic tanks and suitable for gasoline and diesel applications. Some adaptations may be necessary depending on specific tank configurations.
