Description

The Beans Diesel Performance Grid Heater Delete Block is engineered to replace the restrictive factory grid heater on 5.9L Cummins engines, enhancing airflow to the cylinders. This upgrade improves engine breathing and helps maintain intake manifold cleanliness, making it ideal for performance enthusiasts. The block also facilitates the installation of sensors and custom plumbing options.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from solid billet aluminum using CNC machining, the block provides durability and precise fitment. It maintains stock height for compatibility with factory hardware and offers a clean, streamlined appearance that enhances the engine bay aesthetics.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no drilling, as the block directly replaces the factory grid heater. The design includes pre-cut grooves and dual 1/8” NPT ports to accommodate existing sensors and accessories with ease.
Application. Specifically designed to fit the 03-07 5.9L RAM 2500 with both 12-valve and 24-valve Cummins engines, ensuring proper clearance and compatibility.
