      Description

      Comprehensive Suspension Lift. The BDS 6-Inch Suspension Lift Kit raises the ride height of 2015-2019 Chevy/GMC Suburban, Tahoe, and Yukon XL 1500 models equipped with Autoride and stock cast steel control arms. It enhances vehicle stance, offroad capability, and performance by providing clearance for tires up to 35 inches. This lift kit optimizes suspension and steering geometry to maintain excellent on-road handling and offroad durability.

      Construction and Appearance. Constructed with high-strength laser-cut 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers and CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, this kit ensures durability and strength. The heavy-duty skid plates protect vital components during offroad use, while adjustable upper control arms and multipoint differential relocation brackets improve driveline angles. The finish is a rugged, durable coating designed to withstand harsh conditions.

      Installation. Installation is classified as difficult and requires welding, frame bracket modification, and specialty tools such as a 36mm socket, cut-off wheel, and strut compressor. Installation time is estimated around 8 hours and precision is required to maintain proper ride quality and system functionality.

      Warranty. This suspension lift kit comes with a factory protection plus drivetrain warranty.

      Application. Designed exclusively for 2015-2019 4WD Chevy/GMC Yukon models equipped with stock cast steel control arms and the Autoride suspension system. Not compatible with aluminum or stamped steel control arm variants or non-Autoride equipped vehicles.
