The BDS Tubular Front Upper Control Arms for 2 to 5.50-Inch Lift enhance wheel travel by replacing the stock upper control arms on 2020-2026 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD models. These arms improve suspension geometry in leveled or lifted setups to provide improved off-road capability and durability.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from high-strength 1.5-inch outer diameter steel tubing with a .120-inch wall thickness, these control arms are built to withstand demanding conditions. They feature factory-style rubber bushings and premium greaseable ball joints protected by caps to prevent contamination, ensuring long-lasting, quiet operation.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with no drilling required and an estimated completion time of 2 to 3 hours. These arms come fully assembled, simplifying the upgrade process for professional installers and experienced enthusiasts alike.
Application. Designed specifically to fit 2020 through 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD models. Note that these control arms do not fit trucks equipped with coilover conversion kits, which require a distinct upper control arm part. Stock wheels and tires may fit with limited clearance; wheel spacers might be necessary to avoid contact with the ball joint cup.
