The BDS 6.5-Inch High Clearance Suspension Lift Kit with 5-Inch Rear Lift Blocks and NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance Series Shocks is engineered to enhance the vehicle’s stance, ground clearance, and off-road capability. It supports installation of up to 37-inch tires while maintaining proper suspension and steering geometry for improved on-road handling. This kit delivers increased performance and rugged durability for demanding conditions.

Construction and Appearance. This kit features heavy-duty 1/4-inch thick laser-cut steel crossmembers and skid plates finished with a silver powder coat for corrosion resistance. The CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles provide strength and precise geometry correction. Nitrogen-charged NX2 Nitro twin-tube shocks and FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks offer durable, high-performance damping with velocity-sensitive valving and premium compression technology.

Installation. Installation is classified as difficult and requires specialty tools, including a torsion bar unloading tool and cutting tools for some modifications. The design eliminates the need to drop the torsion bar crossmember, preserving vehicle integrity. Approximately 8-10 hours of expert mechanical labor are recommended for proper installation.
