Description
High Performance Stabilizer. The BDS NX2 Single Steering Stabilizer provides enhanced steering control and suspension stability for both off-road and on-road conditions. It reduces steering vibrations and harshness, improving vehicle handling and driver comfort. Designed to handle demanding terrain, it offers adaptive dampening for variable surfaces through its ten-stage velocity sensitive valving.
Construction and Appearance. This steering stabilizer features a durable steel cylinder with a metallic silver finish. It utilizes a pressurized nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, a large fluon-banded 1 3/8 inch piston, and self-lubricating seals. The hardened 14mm chrome shaft provides excellent resistance to rock chips and corrosion. Included polyurethane bushings and metal sleeves facilitate straightforward installation and shock swapping.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires basic mechanical knowledge. The stabilizer is designed as a direct-fit replacement using the included bushings and sleeves, with no drilling necessary.
Application. Specifically made to fit the 99-06 4WD Sierra 1500, providing an exact replacement or upgrade for this vehicle model.
