Description
Transfer Case Upgrade. The BDS Transfer Case Indexing Ring is engineered to eliminate front driveline vibrations commonly experienced in lifted 4WD trucks. It repositions the transfer case for optimal alignment, helping to prevent damage to both the transmission and transfer case. This upgrade enhances driveline longevity and improves ride quality on lifted vehicles.
Construction and Appearance. Made from heavy-duty steel, the indexing ring delivers maximum strength and durability suitable for demanding off-road conditions. It features precision spline engagement to ensure a secure fit and consistent performance over time.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skills, with no drilling necessary. Some models may need modification to the front exhaust crossover pipe for adequate clearance.
Application. Specifically designed for 03-13 4WD Ram 2500 trucks with automatic transmission. Note that 03-12 2500 gas models require exhaust crossover pipe modification and careful fluid level monitoring due to fill port location differences.
