The BDS Transfer Case Indexing Ring for 6-Inch Lift; 6-Bolt is designed to prevent front driveline vibrations and driveline disconnection caused by suspension lifts of 6 inches or more on diesel-powered 2019–2024 Ram 2500 and 3500 4WD trucks. It repositions the transfer case to ensure proper driveline alignment, reducing vibrations and mechanical stress for improved driveline longevity and performance.
Construction and Appearance. This indexing ring is crafted from heavy-duty steel for exceptional strength and durability. It includes a billet aluminum driveshaft spacer and is finished to resist corrosion and wear, ensuring reliable performance under demanding conditions.
Installation. Installation is moderately challenging and typically takes 3 to 4 hours. The kit is dual-drilled for positioning compatibility across various lift heights, requiring no drilling during installation and simplifying the process.
