Description
Precision Suspension Upgrade. The BDS 3-Inch Lifted Gas Coil Springs are designed to customize the spring rate and ride height of 2003-2013 Dodge Ram 2500 and 2003-2012 3500 4WD trucks. These springs replace your OE coils to improve suspension support, allowing your suspension, wheels, and tires to effectively follow changes in road surface.
Construction and Durability. Made from high tensile steel, these coil springs feature a properly sized wire diameter engineered for maximum reliability without premature coil bind. They are designed to withstand full coil bind, returning to their original height after complete compression. A polyester-based powder coat finish ensures flexibility and durability. The springs are preset with hydraulic stress to reduce steel fatigue and prevent sagging. Shot peening increases tensile strength and maximizes wheel travel without sacrificing spring life. They are either cold wound with Chrome Silicon 9254 or hot wound with 5160 for long-lasting performance.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with an estimated time of 1-2 hours and does not require drilling. These springs are direct OE replacements for ease of fitment and reliable suspension performance.
