Performance Suspension Upgrade. The BDS 5.50-Inch Radius Arm Drop Suspension Lift Kit with FOX 2.0 Performance Shocks enhances your Ram 2500's off-road capability, stance, and ride quality. This comprehensive kit enables clearance for up to 37-inch tires while maintaining optimal suspension geometry and steering characteristics for improved handling.

Construction and Appearance. The kit features high-strength tubular radius arms with OE-style rubber bushings for quiet, maintenance-free operation, along with gas-specific progressive rate coil springs made from high tensile steel. FOX 2.0 shocks are constructed from impact extruded aluminum with CNC machined aluminum mounting ends and finished with durable clear anodizing for lasting performance and aesthetics.

Installation. Installation is classified as difficult and typically requires 8 to 10 hours to complete. Drilling and welding are necessary, along with specialty tools such as a step drill bit, pitman arm puller, and welding equipment.

Application. Designed specifically for 2014-2018 Ram 2500 4WD gas models equipped with rear air ride suspension, this kit includes all required components to maintain factory air ride functionality and proper driveline angles. 6.4L gas models require exhaust modifications to clear the front driveshaft; the kit allows for temporary front driveshaft removal during exhaust work before reinstallation.
